Muslim Women : Visibility and Leadership

I do not necessarily agree with everything these women have to say. An interesting video nevertheless.

What do you think??

  1. I really liked it! All these women are amazing examples. Like one of them said, Muslim women and men have limited Muslim women, and we need to break away from that.

  2. A lot of the times its the society muslim women are living in that keeps them down. Notice that the women who were all talking...none of them except one was practicing proper hijab. If women following their deen were not as beaten down from the nonmuslim societies, then maybe we would have more muslim women in higher places. Just my personal opinion.

  3. ^ Interesting point. Somehow I've noticed many "practicing" Muslim men seem to limit their wives from trying to pursue leadership positions by putting them in a position where they have to choose between family or work.
